The Malta Chamber and MAMO TCV Advocates Sign Silver Collaboration Agreement


The Malta Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise and Industry has signed a Silver Collaboration Agreement with MAMO TCV Advocates. This partnership marks a significant step towards fostering cooperation in key legal and economic sectors, ensuring that businesses and professionals in Malta benefit from expert guidance and forward-thinking legal strategies.

Through this agreement, The Malta Chamber and MAMO TCV Advocates will collaborate to develop and promote essential areas and core principles on critical themes, including:

Capital Markets and Cryptocurrencies – Providing insights into regulatory frameworks and fostering a secure and innovative financial environment.
Intellectual Property – Strengthening protections for businesses and innovators while promoting best practices in IP management.
Residency and Work Permits – Enhancing policies and procedures to support local and international workforce mobility.
Telecoms – Addressing regulatory challenges and ensuring a competitive and technologically advanced telecommunications sector.
Technology, Cyber Laws, AI, and Privacy – Developing strategies to safeguard digital assets, ensure compliance, and support responsible AI and data privacy initiatives.
Litigation – Enhancing legal frameworks and dispute resolution mechanisms to support businesses in an evolving legal landscape.

The agreement underlines a shared commitment to advancing Malta’s economic and legal framework by providing businesses with expert knowledge and legal guidance. It also ensures that The Malta Chamber remains at the forefront of shaping policies that enhance Malta’s business ecosystem.

The agreement was signed by Chris Vassallo Cesareo, Nick Xuereb and Dr Marthese Portelli, President, Deputy President and CEO of The Malta Chamber respectively, and Joe Borg Bartolo and Michael Psaila, Managing Partner and Partner respectively at MAMO TCV Advocates.
