This misco Talks event, organised in collaboration with The Malta Chamber is based on a research study that provides an in-depth examination of how organisations in Malta design, deliver, and evaluate employee training initiatives.
It explores the strategic and operational considerations that shape training provision, including organisational priorities, resource allocation, and the broader goals of workforce development. A central focus of the study is the perceived value of training – not only in terms of organisational outcomes such as productivity, efficiency, and competitiveness, but also from the perspective of employees, who may associate training with career advancement, job satisfaction, and personal growth.
