Celebrating International Business Excellence
TradeMalta has launched the fourth edition of the Malta International Business Awards (MIBA) 2027, inviting Malta-based businesses exporting their products or services internationally to showcase their achievements and gain recognition for their international success.

The Awards celebrate businesses at different stages of their internationalisation journey, from entering their first overseas markets to expanding their global presence, developing innovative solutions, and diversifying their export activities.
The Awards highlight the importance of internationalisation in strengthening the competitiveness and resilience of Malta’s business community. They also provide an opportunity to showcase the capabilities, expertise, and innovation of local enterprises, while inspiring other businesses to explore opportunities beyond Malta’s shores.
Four categories recognising international achievement.
MIBA 2027 features four award categories:
The categories recognise export excellence among businesses of different sizes, celebrate emerging exporters developing their international presence, and highlight companies using innovation and diversification to pursue new opportunities in international markets.
One winner will be selected in each category, with the four category winners competing for the Overall Export Excellence Award, recognising outstanding achievement in international business.

Malta-based businesses engaged in international trade are encouraged to submit their applications and share their international journey, achievements, and ambitions.
