The Consortium believes that workers should be critical stakeholders in achieving a just and equitable shift toward a sustainable economy.
Objectives
The GTA project focuses on the following key areas:
- Needs Analysis
- Identifying challenges faced by workers and other stakeholders in adapting to the green transition.
- European Green Worker-Participation Advisers Network (EGWPAN)
- Establishing a network to guide and support workers’ and employers’ representatives across Europe.
- Capacity Building and Skills Development
- Providing targeted training to enhance worker involvement in green change management.
- E-learning and Open Educational Resources (OERs)
- Developing an accessible e-learning platform and creating OERs to promote ongoing professional development.
Through this project, we seek to empower workers and employers’ representatives by fostering knowledge exchange, mentorship, and the development of practical skills.
