When IT Fails, Business Stops: A 90-Minute Session for Business Leaders

Description

Most business leaders don’t need to understand technology, they need to understand risk. Yet in most organisations, IT decisions happen below the executive level, until something goes wrong.

This 90-minute session, hosted by BMIT in partnership with The Malta Chamber, is designed specifically for owners, CEOs, and senior executives. No technical jargon. No product pitches, but practical conversations about what business disruption looks like today and what it costs.

You’ll leave with a clearer picture of your organisation’s exposure, the right questions to ask your IT team or provider, and a framework for staying operational when things don’t go to plan.
