The Executive Business Breakfast & Book Presentation provides an opportunity for executives, senior leaders, business owners and continuous improvement professionals to reflect on The KAIZEN™ Culture Paradox – “The Road That Got Us Here” and to examine why culture remains the decisive factor in sustaining continuous improvement.
Many organisations invest significantly in improvement programmes, operational excellence initiatives and transformation projects, yet struggle to achieve lasting impact when the underlying culture does not evolve. This session will explore the relationship between culture and performance, highlighting why behavioural norms, leadership habits and day-to-day management practices ultimately determine whether improvement is embedded or short-lived.
The session combines a structured book presentation with facilitated discussion, enabling participants to consider practical implications for their own organisations. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in open dialogue, share perspectives and raise questions during the Q&A segment, concluding with reflections on what it takes to build an environment where excellence can endure.
The morning programme includes breakfast and networking, followed by the book presentation and discussion, Q&A and closing reflections.
