Looking Inside Out: How Strong Cultures Are Built

The Epic Business panel discussion explores discussions on how organisations create high-performing environments by intentionally shaping internal culture, leadership, and people practices. 

Through practical insights and leadership perspectives, the conversation will examine how culture evolves intentionally as organisations scale, how leaders maintain trust and alignment during periods of change, and how strong internal cultures become a strategic advantage for long-term performance and resilience.

The session will combine a facilitated discussion on the topic whilst allowing participants to reflect on the practical implications for their own organisations. Attendees will be encouraged to engage in open dialogue, exchange perspectives, and pose questions during the Q&A segment, concluding with reflections on what is required to build environments where excellence can be sustained over time.

The morning programme will begin with breakfast and networking, followed by a moderated discussion and an interactive Q&A session.
