This practical YCN Malta Chamber session is designed to help aspiring entrepreneurs and early-stage founders turn ideas into clear, workable business plans — without the fluff.

The event begins with a short keynote challenging traditional business planning and explaining why clarity beats complexity. Participants will then be guided step-by-step through the Lean Model Canvas, a one-page framework used to map out a business idea quickly and effectively.

Led by a moderator in a collaborative group setting, the session will be hands-on and beginner-friendly. Attendees will leave with a completed first draft of their own Lean Model Canvas, clearer assumptions, and actionable next steps to move their idea forward.
