With new legislation, licensing temping agencies are set to come into force in 2024.
The Malta Chamber and Ganado Advocates are organizing an information session to outline how individuals, companies or agencies engaging temporary workers will need to first obtain a license issued by authorities before being allowed to operate. The law will apply to agencies engaging both Maltese and foreign workers. We believe that you should be well informed on what is expected from you, so we ask you to join us together with our experts who will explain what this process entails.
